Recently I've been suffering from bouts of insomnia that come paired with my chronic depression. As a result, my memory has become much foggier than it used to be and I act somewhat erratic.
It was during a recent sleepless night that I decided to watch the first episode of Shoujo Ramune, and now I can't go back to the way I was before. My life has been forever altered, for better or for worse.
The plot to this show, as I can remember, is about some middle-aged dude who runs a candy shop and watches lolis eat candy and play all day. One thing leads to another and eventually he has his penis inside them. Well, at least one of them in this ep.
"But Mintee," you might be asking, inexplicably in Steve Buscemi in Fargo's voice. "You didn't watch this for the story, right?" And yes, you'd be correct. You might also ask "B-b-but that means you beat your dick to it, right? Isn't that really degenerate and wrong?!" (This time it would be in Jimmy from Ed Edd and Eddy's voice).
The answer would be "maybe" and "yes it is, but who is keeping score?"
One thing any gentleman will notice upon viewing Shoujo Ramune for the first time is the pretty bright color scheme and the cute character designs. Unlike the DVDs you might find in the seedy adult section of a store next to the Sbarro in your local mall, a lot of effort went into the visuals for this series.
At first, I found myself entranced by the colors and adorable girls. However, while watching the slightly tanned one deepthroat a popsicle harder than I deepthroat a Taco Bell Quesarito, I realized that I had reached a very special place in life, and I had no choice but to see this out until the end.
So that's what I did... until half-way through when my mom called me. Man, that was embarrassing! Haha... ha... Just kidding. My mom doesn't call to check on me anymore, but it's nice to pretend once in a while, right?
Anyway, this OVA was quite good, and I'm eagerly anticipating the next episode. Sure, seeing a loli masturbate with a popsicle stick while moaning "onii-chan" was quite a thrill, but I find myself wanting more. This left a hole in my heart that only more quality loli anime can fill. I've become a monster, yearning only to view more supple, young 2-dimensional bodies. I need more moans of p
Ooph. I think I dozed off for a minute after that last paragraph. I don't remember how it was supposed to end. Anyway, looking back on this series after the post-nut depression has worn off, this was a pretty great watch.
I would recommend this series to anyone who watched Boku no Pico ironically, then ended up beating their meat unironically.
